FREE FAMILY EVENT

Mark your calendars for our fall family event!
From 6:00–8:00 pm, our parking lot will be filled with decorated trunks, games, inflatables, concessions, entertainment, and more. Free event!

Celebrate fall in a safe, family-friendly environment! Invite your neighbors and friends!

Volunteers, please arrive by 5:00 PM so we’re ready to greet guests by 5:30 pm. We’ll also handle cleanup immediately after the event. This outreach is a wonderful way for Aversboro to connect with our community— and we need your help! 

Candy Collection:

• We’re collecting 600 gallons of individually wrapped candy—that’s 120 orange buckets. 
• Buckets will be available in September throughout the church.

Trunks Needed:

• We’re aiming for 30+ trunks. Create and run a trunk—we’ll provide ideas and guidelines.
• Please plan to arrive before 5:30 – guests usually arrive early!

Volunteer Roles:

• Concessions (pack popcorn on Oct 29)
• Line attendants/greeters
• Registration volunteers
• Inflatables assistants
• Students (grades 6–12) to run games
• Parking team
• Security team
• Set-up team (Oct 30 & 31)
• Clean-up & teardown
• Help place signs around town (Oct 16 & 17)
