Beginning August 17th for K-8th Grade
We are providing this ministry as a resource to help working parents with care for their children due to virtual learning with Covid-19. Virtual Learning Care will allow students to learn and grow when they are not physically in school. An option of this nature will help support working parents of our church by providing the structure and support needed when a teacher or parent cannot. Sunday August 9th—Thursday 13th
We are excited to offer a family-oriented alternative to traditional VBS this summer. We will explore a world of concrete and cranes, rivets and rebar, bulldozers and backhoes, and learn to build our faith on Jesus as we uncover the truth that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry it on to completion.
5:30-6:45pm- Food Trucks Open
6:55pm-7:45pm- VBS Drive-In Program
The Aversboro Kid’s Ministry partners with parents to raise up the next generation of God-fearing, Jesus loving, disciple-makers. We teach children to learn how to study their Bible, help develop a foundation of solid Biblical learning, and actively live out their faith at school, on their teams, and at home.
Your kids will have the opportunity to participate in Kids' Worship and small groups every Sunday in a very safe and kid-friendly environment. Our kid's area is located on the Southside of our building. You can enter through our Carport door or steps door. From there our greeters will guide you to the location where we will get your family checked in and ready to go!

We have lots of fun and exciting special events all year long! Click above to find out more information and how to sign up!
On your first visit, just look for the Preschool or Kids Check-In area. You'll be greeted by an Aversboro Kids leader eager to meet your family and you'll learn how Aversboro Kids works. We'll be there every step of the way (right up to your child's room), so feel free to ask questions!
Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including family member's name, child's name and birthday, address, Emergency Contact phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).
In Aversboro Kids, safety is a core value. That's why we are have a Secure Check In System. We have 2 Check-In locations for our preschoolers and kids. Our Preschool Check in is located on the hallway at the Carport Door Entrance. The 1st-5th Grade Check-In is located in Room 114 at the Steps Door Entrance.
When you arrive, you will check-in with either our leader at the Check-In station or at one of the IPAD stations. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show their class leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room. This is for safety and security to make sure kids are only released to the parent or guardian with security sticker.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we can either text/call you or we will page you with our pager system(Babies to 2-year-olds). We ask that you immediately head towards your child's classroom and an Aversboro Kids leader will be waiting for you there.
We have lots of volunteer opportunities to work with children! Volunteer positions include teachers, helpers, substitutes, nursery workers, special event workers, and more! We would love to talk with you about the options to serve, please contact our office and complete a volunteer application/background check. Click Here to Volunteer!
